Loom Earth stands behind the quality of the products we sell, and we sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return your order for a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

What items can I return or exchange?

• All purchases (including regular-priced items and sale items) can be returned within 30 days after receiving the last package of your order.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with the original tags. Additionally, all items in the package must be intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued.

• Loom Earth is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Orders will not be re-sent or refunded.

• Please note that orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery attempts, or if customers do not reschedule delivery within 30 days of the initial attempt, shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address being entered for the order.

• All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customers. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

How do I return items that I have purchased?

• Please send us pictures of the problem/defect along with your order number to our email.

• Products can only be returned if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date.

• Return packages must be dropped off with the return shipping carrier within 7 days after a return label has been provided; otherwise, the return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
